Were I you, I'd try the Pioneer forum at Audiokarma. Someone there'll know.

I'd guess the FR claim is vastly overstated. I'd suspect that the sensitivity claim is, too, but if it's a 4 ohm speaker (which would add 3 dB to a '2.83V' reference point), and/or who knows at what distance or frequency, well... maybe.

That said, even some of the pretty banal Pioneer speaker systems sound OK. I have an old pair of US-made Pioneer Project 100A's that sound surprisingly good.
