Thats a ribbon tweeter as a remember and a very good sounding one..Typically many ribbons crossover at 4.5khz but this is a super tweeter which is going to go higher and you cant go down to 8hz safely.If you put an extra capacitor in series with the tweeter you can go a little lower but I wouldnt drift far from the original spec.
