Pioneer HPM 150 Super tweeter specs?

Can anyone out there please tell me what the lowest frequency these can safely be crossed over at? I know they were crossed over around 15KHz, could they be crossed over as low as 8 - 10 KHz? Also, what was their overall sensitivity rating?
