I am going to get a Dynaco replacement transformer from The Triode Store, they have one that looks ideal. It is an ST70 upgrage transformer with 720V CT plate winding @ 300ma, 55V bias tap and 2 6.3V CT filament windings @ 5A each. After checking the schematic and looking up tube specs, the filament draw for all tubes is ~ 8A so the two 5A windings paralled should work great. Also the plate winding should give close to the original plate voltage and 300ma should be enough. The dimensions look good also as the transformer that was in this amp was mounted horizontally and the mounting dimensions are exactly the same.

Thanks for all the advice,
James
