Thanks. I am not looking for an orginal replacement, I just want to figure out what to put in it in it's current modified state. The transformer that is in there now measures 4" X 3.75" X 4.625" high. I see the orginal plate voltage supply was 447V, just need to make sure the replacement transformer has a high enough current rating on the plate supply windings. I can calculate the heater supply load from the tube specs. I think whoever modified this orginally didn't use a large enough transformer and that is why it failed when the bias ran away because of the loose output tube socket.
