I happened to be in a model train hobby shop during my lunch hour the other day (just out of curiosity....I'm not a model train buff)...and happened to see these white frosted bulbs on the peg board. I bought a 6-pack of these 1 1/2" long festoon bulbs for $8.49. I have a Fisher 400 with blown bulbs...so I plan to see if I can make these work. I even bought some bulb holders....for a future DIY project.

The package had a web address if you want to try these....$1.69/bulb....plus $5 to ship. A cheap date.
