Matt,

I suggest you go with a Triode Electronics replacement driver PCB that's populated with a pair of EF86s and an ECC99. That setup retains the original topology, while IMPROVING the quality of the active devices employed.

The EF86 is arguably the best small signal audio pentode, ever. The HIGH gm and LOW Rp of the ECC99 make it a SUPERB candidate for "concertina" phase splitter service. The triode in the 7199 can slew limit due to it's mediocre gm. No more slew limiting when the ECC99 is on the job. :~)
