You should be able to calculate the needed voltages from the diagram, methinks.
Good luck locating a replacement power transformer. I believe that they were custom-wound. I have no idea of the exact current ratings of the originals, however and I do not believe that that specification was mentioned in the service data.
For reference purposes and to see an example of an unaltered unmodified 8-B, please examine assorted images posted to eBay of such units being offered for auction.
The most common cause of failures in an 8-B seem to be related to failed rectifier diodes, but this is very rare, with the exception of the 1/2-wave selenium, mounted on the back skirt of the chassis, secured to it by means of a threaded screw and nut. Those should always be replaced, counter to the cult of idiots who prefer to never touch the amplifier at all. All I can say to them is "KABOOM!", followed by lots of weeping.
