I am workinng on a heavily modified Marantz 8b for someone. The power transformer and ouput transformers and many caps and power supply parts have been replaced. The power transformer is bad, the primary winding is shorted which was caused by a loose output tube socket causing bias problems. I believe the orginal power supply used a voltage doubler?

The current configuration on this amp does not use a voltage double, it is just a full wave rectifier and also the bias voltage is developed off the plate winding. The problem is I need to know what the orginal plate voltage and current draw was so I can come up with a replacement transformer. The current transformer has no identifying numbers, it just has a center tapped plate winding and two center tapped filament windings, of which isn't being used. Does anyone know what the orginal voltages or what requirements I am looking at for the new transformer?

Thanks,
James
