Thanks - I'm on it.

As for transistors - these would be really easy to change because they plug in. It seems to take two kinds according to what is written on the transistors themselves: A607 and Q101. But the parts list shows several different McIntosh part numbers.

I will contact someone for these NP Nichicon Muse caps - not sure I can get them locally. What about changing the .47uf/100V caps - (brown)?
