I take it you have the Sams folder then? I don't. But I'll guess that it uses single-ended 50C5 or 50EH5 tubes for the outputs... that will take 150 mA for heaters, about 80 mA for B+. So a 30VA isolation transformer would do. Oddly enough, a 50VA transformer is cheaper than the 30 (about $15) at Mouser... so that's what _I'd_ use.
