While I'm not familiar with that particular switch most any "old time" tech can rebuild a switch if you're willing to pay for the time - internal parts quite often swap between pre-1970s USA components.
But, then again, sometimes it ain't worth the trouble and my Scott 350B used a "good old American" DPDT slide switch that is so buried that extracting and replacing the switch would have taken three hours (I've got over 35 years experience doing this stuff). So I simply unsoldered the bad side of the switch and resoldered the AC power leads to the unused side - the switch now closes by pushing it down and opens by pushing it up, the opposite of original, but to my mind a far more practical repair than to spend hours replacing a $1.00 part.
