If I understand your post, the antenna has a 300 ohm to 75 ohm balun. Remove the antenna balun and connect 300 ohm twin lead wire from antenna to tuner. Or, use coax cable from antenna with balun and install another balun at end of coax cable to convert back to 300 ohms at the tuner. Second method is a bit more lossy signal wise than first, but that may not matter in your application.
