I have called my communication guys a few times. These were the guys that set up my antenna when I had my house built. I called them when I got HDTV and when I wanted my antenna moved. They are experts in aiming, adjusting etc. - It was well worth the few hundred bucks it cost me. I have an amplifier hooked to my antenna, because I feed about 10 FM tuners in my house, plus 2 HDTVs.

At any rate, they should be able to tell you why you are not getting a strong signal.
