Wife picked this tuner up a year ago or so @ goodwill for 15.00. With a SET & some Magnavox old pro horn gear I was amazed , but still wanting to hate the black thing..I have the MR-66, MR-74, variouse Scott tuners etc...this little cheap system is a bedroom gig & have concluded you can't hate this tuner, It sounds & recieves staion very, very well. Most of all it just sounds damn good..Maybe as good as my MR-74, I think I will find another & try it in main rig. Unit is smooth & really excells with my DIY SET, doesn't seem to have any wierd edgeiness that I fear since I am tube head type, Well, I have come to like this tuner & look forward to it most every night now..go figure.
Mac's are collecting dust & looking pretty for now.
