IIRc it was the 2nd from the top of Sansui's tuner range at the time. But I'm not sure the AM section is all that wonderful. But that may not amtter to you
And,
Are you gonna use it yourself? If so, find out ......
Which stations in your area you want / are worth the effort! In the USA this means college stations and PBS, and maybe some others. In Canada or near Canada, you can include the CBC - which can be excellent. And.....
Where each of their transmitters are - on the map / in relation to your home! and, draw each of the bearings on the map from your place to each transmitter.
Then think about how good a directional FM antenna you are going to need, and IF that means a rotator because they are all over the joint, from your home. NB A good FM antenna is an exterior directional item, with a boom and several elements at right angles to it. IE/IOW 'a good FM antenna' isn't an *indoor one, nor is it an exterior omni.
* one exception - the rhombic wire - but you may need more than one - and need to use >1 ceiling to pin to! A good (long sided) rhombic is right up there with the exterior directionals. Viz <>, having four sides and <> -> or <- <> being the direction / the end where the matching Resistor(s) are
IIRC that is.
Hokay!?
