I'm in the process of selling a McIntosh MR-66 tube tuner. Two questions. How is this unit viewed in contrast to the MR-65B and MR-67. Secondly, what is value range for these. I'm attempting to sell unit.
I was told by an individual that has sold Mac equipment on ebay that given the excellent condition of the unit, all lettering is present on the face plate, and that there are no bubbles in glass (which he says is rare), that it could be worth in excess of $1,200 on ebay. Also, Audio Classics lists such a unit at $1,500 (I realize they probably buy low and go through the unit). All lettering is present, chassis is dirty, never attempted to clean, unit is fully functional. Opinions/advice would be appreciated
