Your CD player must be radiating radio frequency interference. I use a 350B as my bench tuner and an old Sony CD player connected with it and I don't have an interference problem. If you're using an indoor antenna, I would try moving it as far away from the cd player as possible and use shielded cable as the lead. An outdoor antenna mounted as high as possible will also reduce or eliminate the problem. I use a Radio Shack directional antenna mounted on the roof with good results. Harry
