Guessing -- could the very sensitive Scott tuner be picking up spurious radiation from your Jolida?
The Scott 350 is very sensitive. Try reversing the plug to see if it is a grounding issue?

You might try experimenting with shielding to see if that helps -- at least until the experts weigh in.
