Scott 350B noise

I have a scott 350b and a jolida jd 100 cd player.(tubes) When the jolida is turned on, the scott becomes noisy--hiss/white noise/weak signal type sound. What's causing this and is there a way that I can stop it without turning off the jolida cd player. When the JD 100 is off, the problem goes completely away.
