Hi Charles,
I checked the resistors in circuit and don't find anything that screems off value. The .01 cap is still suspect although I measure about neg 220v across it with the tuner on so I don't know how much leakage there could be there. I would unsolder and disconnect a few connections but the leads are pretty well laced through the solder lugs and it's kinda tight in there. I don't want to butcher it, I would like to keep it as original as possible. I have another 10B which is going to be a major project to get to but I think at this point I'll mine it out and take some side by side measurements. Thanks for your input.
