Since thats electrostatic deflection,there are the 2 12ax7s that feed horiz and vert deflection.The cathode of the crt is sourced at minus 270v and it goes thru a 100k intensity pot and an 82k resistor.Check your power supply sources for a neg supply of 270v and a pos supply of 295v.
