The Sangean HDT-1.According to the DXers and pro broadcasters in the HD Radio section of the AVS Forum, this thing has better analog sensitivity than the best vintage tuners. It also does HD Radio and RDS. And it's only $200
There are a couple of drawbacks with this unit:
-The line out is 10db above line level
-The Backlight never turns off
-AM has been known to overload in severe cases
-The FM Pre-emphasis curve is a little bit off.The good news - virtually all the bugs in the HDT-1 have been worked out in the upcoming HDT-1X (available in June).
(Check out the AVS Forum, theirs a lot more information about all this)
