I'm assuming they mean to "ground" a tuner, but exactly how do I do that. Particularly when there is no ground cord or binding post on the tuner. Does connecting an antenna "ground" the unit.

Mine is identical to one that is being auctioned right now. If you look at the picture of the back of the tuner in the auction below you will see that there is a sticker that says that "This appliance must be earthed".

But exactly how should I do this?

I have no relation to the seller....I just happen to own the same tuner.
