Since we're at it - if you ever take one out of its case, DON'T LAY IT UPSIDE DOWN WITHOUT putting a spacer under the power transformer.

Otherwise, the nuts securing the top of the Demoduator transformer can become the items which protrude the most and the tuners weight can deform the top of that can, causing a potential electrical short.

I stick a self-adhesive protective furniture bumper to the transformer top - it then becomes the "highest" point on the top of the chassis.
