Sansui TU-9900 fuse values

Which tuner to get and getting the most from it. Thank God, for the radio!

On the power supply board of the Sansui TU-9900 there are three fuses, two 1-amp and one 3-amp. Are these fast or slow blow? They look like fast to me, but I'm thinking they might be slow. Which is it? Thanks.
