The good news is my Rotel RHT-10 is probably my last tuner ever for classical music. However my other tuners sound better for headphone listening on my local jazz station. I am trying to start the winnowing process to get down to just two but it will take a long time. I went on an acquisition binge when I was single. My prettiest tuner is unquestionably my Scott 4312. I need to do a shootout to see whether it is really better than my 312C. Then there are two tube McIntoshes and four Sherwoods, a Sanyo, an Eico and a Knight. I've got my work cut out for me! I used to spend time doing shootouts and posting them online but it's hard to make the time now. Oh, I forgot the Citation III-x and the Nakamichi 430. My Hitachi FT-007 isn't my best-sounding tuner but has the best signal level indicator.
