RE: Query on old tuner sensitivity measurement standards

The convention seems to be to quote RMS voltages (not peak) for such measurements; that is the convention used at these sites which quote both uV and dBf:

The IHF is kaput; I can only presume 300 ohms was the IHF standard load for tuners.
