Well, kind of. I went from a Bic Beam Box, to after 15 years in my home finally connecting my roof top antennae to my Fisher R200 tuner. Of course, up until the last year or so I didn't even have a tuner, but since getting back into tuners because of the great radio that we have in the San Francisco Bay area, I've been listening a lot. Was using assorted indoor antennaes, and then the Beam Box, and that was ok, but I finally decided to get the dangling wire hooked into the tuner today and man, what a difference. Stations I could barely get in I now get loud and clear, and stations I couldn't get in I get strong reception. It really is the best option if one is serious about listening to good FM broadcasts.
