Fisher Tuner "Resto-Pak" upgrade on Ebay

Which tuner to get and getting the most from it. Thank God, for the radio!

Anyone familiar with this upgrade for Fisher tube tuners as sold by "tubetycoon" on Ebay? I have a KM60 I may want to upgrade, although I'll have to have someone do the actual mod for me.
