How much step up do you think the phase splitter would require to drive the outputs to full power? Some how I envision step up and phase splitting to be difficult to accomplish and have never seen it done. I don't know if RCA did this or if they stuck with a 600ohm 1:1-1 which would be much easier to do.There are several commercial phase splitter offerings that can do the job with simple circuits today.
