RE: Will it all fit?

You could enclose the entire thing in a wooden casing (base) about 4" tall. Edges of the base would be flush with the top of the chassis. That would effectively extend the interior space downward and give you plenty of room for those parts. The base could be attached to the walls of the existing chassis from the inside by using threaded inserts in the wood.
