My I-phone six has a remarkable mic for recording in it.I record stuff and upload it to email or text messengers and as long as you position the phone right between the speakers,it comes out pretty well.While it's not the same as the original,it can still give someone a pretty good idea of a audio system's potential,even 3K miles away.
