On a spectrum graph, there are 60 & 120Hz sidebands that come up along both sides of a test signal.
Your 3 stage DHT amp might have a lot of sideband energy that is mixing with music signals without the DC filaments.
DC filaments for all stages might be the only option in your case.
You might not get rid of all the buzzy bees with that wild breadboard layout, either.
