They will all work. To keep with the art of experimentation you may want to try something new.... 180v makes DC coupling the output tube somewhat easier. Possibly you can use a higher Mu DH driver tube. There's a loctal DH triode with a mu of ~20. With a low bias current it is more feesable to use a nickel output xfmr (smaller size/cost). If you go with a SRPP try using a choke in the middle and diode bias. A SRPP with DHT on the bottom and IDHT on top may work for you too, and a SRPP can be DC coupled as well.
