RE: What's the most resolved capacitor after Vcap?

I really cannot answer your question beyond what I have already said. I have used small value (less than .47mF) V-Caps in inter-stage coupling on SET amps. But I have never tried a V-Cap and a Jupiter Cooper alternatively in the same application so I cannot say which is more resolving. What I can say, and think I already have said is that in an output coupling application a larger Jupiter Cooper by-passed at about 2% of the value with a V-Cap yielded excellent results. Good extension at both ends, musical throughout the range, neither etched and bright nor slow and veiled. Plenty of natural resolution.
