Help with ampex 6973 monos

Do It Yourself (DIY) paradise for tube and SET project builders.

Obtained some Ampex 6973 mono amps. Thought I would transfer them to new chassis.
I am somewhat of a novice, but figured I could use one amp as a guide to rewire the other one.
I thought everything was correct but amp has a loud hum and burns up the 33k 1w resistor attached to the filter caps.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
