Tube gain is ~36. The 15K:500 OPT will then cause a reduction of 5.5x. That leaves you with around 5x in the aggregate. Assume you'll lose a significant % with Rk unbypassed (it increases rp from just north of 6K to well over 25K meaning you'll lose a bunch of your signal across the load), so you're around 3x. Run a 60Hz signal into it and measure the input and output with a multimeter to test.
