RE: Microphonic chassis--low noise regulators

Made some progress, found inductors were cleaning up ripple but inducing other noises. Removed those with resistors and added tl783c regulators to cleanup hum but induced snowy noise.

Any other three pin regs not so noisy, LT108X?

Stabilizing the B+ helped with microphonics too but I think it's mostly tubes.
