I am hoping Keysight can provide some additional info so I know exactly what it can read and how accurately.
Their brochure states measurement from 0.1mV to 1000V. Their datasheet then introduces the 5 - 100% condition, which appears not to be clear going by the comments to this thread.
What I would expect is that it can read from 0.1mV to 1000mV (when ranged to mV), but its guaranteed accuracy is only applicable between 5% to 100% of that range. But, what I am seeing is that it may only read from 5%, which is misleading, whether intentional or not.
Otherwise, it seems like a nice (even extravagant) meter to have the kit for basic DIY.
