Hi,
Just tested nine USSR mil spec film caps for orientation of the foil, outside versus inside ( start ) of the wind.
You know, people will often say " go by the how the label is written " ...... signal enters left, exits right ( unless its Hebrew, which is written absolutely the reverse to us, right to left ) .
Out of the first 9 caps, ( all the same make and value which I tested this evening ), with the labels orientated in the same direction, five were one way, and four were the other way !!! What a crap shoot !!!
