I have been thinking of you a lot !!!
After Tannoy Golds, single and double KLH 9s, Quad 57 ESLs, Infinity Servo Stat 1s and 1As, Fulton FMI 80s, Fulton Premieres, Norelco 9710Ms, RCA MI-1428B field coils over RCA Ubangie bass horns, guess what I will be using .......here on out LR ????
ALTEC A7-800s, a two way with a 515B woofer and remagnetized 802D 16 Ohm compression drivers on a SHOWCO cast 500 HZ horn, ( Emilar 500 copy ) crossed over some wheres between 800 to 2,000 HZ, to be determined.
I think its a riot that we BOTH will run VOTTs IT !!!
I am MIGHTILY impressed, uber impressed, with a ALTEC 515B woofer, in NO enclosure, sitting on my floor, using 28.56 feet FMI Brown speaker wire, which is elevated OFF the carpet. What a driver !! Oh my goodness. The A7-800 enclosures are due in August or September.
