Forward drop in 5R4s is large, a whopping 67 V. @ 250 mA. Choke I/P filtration is a definite possibility. That power trafo would work for 845s, 211s, or Russian transmitting DHTs.
While the power trafo may have little use, the chokes are going to be "boffo".
