With a 10Hz cut off knee, you will have phase issues up to about 100HZ.
The ultracap configuration can also help make a better sounding amp. Don't forget, the power supply last cap has an impact similar to the power tube cathode resistor bypass. The ultra Cap config helps with that as well.
