I was testing some new RCA 6973's and I made a rookie mistake and did not hook up the speaker before I applied power to the amp .I saw a puff of smoke and smelled something burning .Immediately shut down the amp and saw fuse was blown so replaced it .Opened the amp and here is what I saw ( see pic ).Any thoughts on this ? It is an Ampex amp .
