CCS loading of common cathode pentodes is a BAD idea. Remember, pentodes are "constant" current, to begin with, and will "butt heads" with a CCS.
Resistively load the pentode and DC couple it to a ZVN0545A source follower. Gain in pentodes is approx. = (gm) (net load). Stage gain in excess of 100X is not difficult to achieve. Don't get greedy. As stage gain rises, bandwidth drops.
