below 1mA, 500V - Supertex LND150
100mA, 450V - IXYS IXCP10M45S
up to 900V - IXYS IXCP10M90S

... but I prefer 100mA 1000V version IXTP01N100D.
Not cheap (mouser: 4.73USD), but IMHO it's the best (for me).
