Fixed Bias power supply???

Was using transistor bridge into lclc then taking two pots parallel to a common resistor to ground. One pot is going to 2a3 grid and the other to a 300b grid. So I guess that there could be some cross talk or something else that could bleed between the two different tubes? Could grid bias get unhappy mixing with another grid bias back at the power supply???

Ok lets say maybe. Would it then be a good idea if you are using multiple tubes on the one supply to decouple each pot per tube with a lc?

Thanks Tom
