The #46 amp I discussed before is now complete. When all was said and done it runs with 220v across the 46 with .022a through it; so it hereby named 220022. I probably get about 1 watt output. The driver is #76 (though it uses a #37 in the pic).

The sound? I tuned in a radio between 2 stations to access some white noise. Upon listening I was able to hear all of the wonderful details and subtle shades of white there are; Bright white, off white, matt white, pearl white, Walter White... + all of the individual colors that make up white. This hypnotic soundstage of whiteness was spread wide and deep before me with all its individual colors appearing in remarkable detail. White never sounded so good.

Seriously; With music it sounds really good. Way better than it has a right to.

If they behave themselves for a week on the test bench, they will be assigned to drive the horns on my VOTs.
