If C10 is intended to keep C6 and C2 out of the signal path, it won't.C10 is in series with c2 and the two of them are in parallel with C6. So now there are 3 caps in the signal path.
For C10 to keep C6 out of the signal path you need to lose C2.
C10 would then be in parallel with *C6 with R2 in series with it* so there's always 400 ohms added to the reactance of C6 making the C10 path the lower impedance path for the music.
With C2 in place, the *C6 in series with C2* path will have a low reactance and a lot of the music will flow that way.
Same goes for C1, C8 and C5....lose C1 but make sure the ripple on the B+ supply is low.
